Al Yasat student Bibliography procedure

Al Yasat uses the

American Psychological Association (APA) method of referencing. An example is included on this page.

 

Guidelines for expectations are as follows:

Grade 3 and 4: at least refer to author and title of books and websites

Grade 5 and 6: at least 2 references including author, title and date of publishing.

Grade 7 and 8: at least 2 references in correct format (see below)

Grade:9 and 10: at least 3 complete references in correct format (see below) including in-text citations as needed

Grade 11 and 12: full bibliography with all sources used cited correctly as well as complete in-text citations as needed

Each citation should look like this
